Do I need to be techy?
No. Tier 2 and 3 mean we sit with you and build it. Tier 1 hands you the exact prompts and walks you through building it yourself.
Can I take payments through it?
Yes — pre-orders and product pages support card and tap-to-pay. We wire it up at your build session.
What about the Campaign Manager?
For makers who don't have time to 'do marketing' — you're busy running your business. Snap a photo of today's bake or this morning's market table, follow the flow on your phone, and the post and email go out before you've packed up. Fewer steps. Less to think about. What happens at the MVP launch meeting?
We hand over keys, train you, turn on APIs. Final payment is due that day.
Can I cancel after my deposit?
Yes — the $500 deposit holds your build slot. If you cancel before session 1, it's refundable minus a $50 admin fee.
